The New Jersey 4-H Shooting Sports Advisory Council invites you to participate in the New Jersey 4-H Shooting Sports Banquet. You and your family are invited to join in our 4-H Shooting Sports Celebration which will honor our youth for their accomplishments. Clubs will recognize outstanding members, volunteers and club supporters. There will be door prizes and a fun auction. The auction is held to support our New Jersey State 4-H Programs.

The State 4-H Shooting Sports Advisory Council is proud to sponsor the Annual NJ 4-H Shooting Sports Award Banquet, which is back after a short hiatus!
Banquet Registration
Registration has closed. This event has passed.
Covered Dish Dinner
Each attending family is asked to help with the banquet menu. Families in the surrounding area (Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Somerset) are asked to please bring a hot main dish or hot side dish, enough to feed your family twice. Families with a longer travel distance (Atlantic, Burlington, Cumberland Ocean, Passaic, Salem, Sussex, Union, Warren) are asked to provide a cold dish, dinner rolls, salad, or dessert, enough to feed your family twice.
Slide Show
We would like to have a slideshow that will highlight our clubs. If you have any photos that you would like to have as part of the slide show, please email them to Abbie Kesely at akesely@njaes.rutgers.edu. Photos are due by Monday, June 5.
Please include photos of your fair, club shoots, activities, fundraising or community service. The more photos the better the show. There will not be a slideshow if we do not get enough photos to make one.
Door Prizes
Each participating club is asked to donate a door prize.
Auction
The 4-H Shooting Sports Auction is one of our state fundraisers. If you have any item (does not have to pertain to shooting sports) that you would like to donate to the auction, it would be appreciated. Proceeds will benefit the NJS4HSSAC and shooting sports programs that are sponsored through the NJS4HSSAC. Items should be brought with you to the banquet. Please indicate on your RSVP form if you will have a donation for the auction.
