New Jersey 4‑H members in grades 9–11 who are members in good standing are invited to participate in a multi-level leadership program called the NJ 4‑H Leadership for Life Program.

National 4‑H Congress is a unique leadership opportunity for 4‑H members from all 50 states. The event focuses on leadership, youth empowerment, community service, career development, and cultural diversity.
Discover the Leader in You! Leadership Conference
December 14, 2024
The Discover the Leader in You! 4‑H Leadership Conference is for 4‑H members in grades 6–8. While attending the conference, middle school youth will have fun, meet new friends, and develop leadership and personal development skills that they can utilize at home, in school, in their 4‑H club, and in their community.

National 4-H Conference brings youth and adults together to help with strategic planning for the 4-H Program nationally.
South Jersey 4-H Teen Conference
May 4, 2024
The South Jersey 4-H Teen Conference is open to all 4-H members in grades 7-13 across the state. The conference will provide an opportunity for teens to broaden their circle of friends, learn new skills and have fun! The conference is planned and run through a partnership of 4-H teens and adults.
