Sheep General Information My 4-H Sheep Project Record Book NJ State 4-H Blue Ribbon Market Lamb Show and Sale 4-H members in the Market Lamb project raise lamb specifically for meat production. The State 4-H Market Lamb Show showcases the efforts of the members by allowing them to show their animals in type and showmanship classes. Blue ribbon winning animals are then auctioned at the Market Lamb Sale.
