National 4-H Opportunity for All Event at JOANN Stores—Continues until April 30
The 4‑H Opportunity for All event in partnership with JOANN stores started in March and will continue until April 30, 2021. This event marks the fourth year of collaboration between the 4‑H Youth Development Program and JOANN on the national in-store fundraiser, benefiting national and county 4-H programming.
The Opportunity for All campaign and the partnership between 4‑H and JOANN is available in more than 865 stores located in 49 states. Shoppers at any of the 12 JOANN stores located in New Jersey will have the opportunity to support 4‑H by choosing to purchase a tear-away for a $1 or $4 at the checkout. A coupon for $4 off your next purchase will be given for each $4.00 donation made. Funds raised will be used to support county 4‑H educational programs.
JOANN stores are located in Cherry Hill, Colonia, Deptford, Marlton, Mays Landing, Mount Laurel, Lawrenceville, Paramus, Riverdale, Shrewsbury, Succasunna, Toms River, and West Deptford.
The 4‑H Youth Development Program is part of Rutgers Cooperative Extension, a unit of the New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station. 4‑H educational programs are offered to all youth, grades K–13 (one year out of high school), on an age-appropriate basis, without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, atypical hereditary cellular or blood trait, marital status, domestic partnership status, military service, veteran status and any other category protected by law. If you would like more information on how you can become involved in 4‑H, contact the 4‑H office in the county in which you reside or visit the website at nj4h.rutgers.edu.
