4-H to Host Holiday Antique Show on November 23

The State 4‑H Association will be hosting a Holiday Antique Show on Saturday, November 23, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM at the Mercer County Rutgers Cooperative Extension/4‑H Office located at 1440 Parkside Avenue in Ewing. More than 20 experienced dealers from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware will be selling a wide range of country and primitive antiques featuring a holiday flavor.

Admission to the show is $7.00/person ($6.00/person with this article, a show card, or an ad). The show is sponsored by the State 4‑H Association of the New Jersey 4‑H Program and is managed by Cecilia Taylor of Hen House Primitives. Food will be available for purchase during the show.

The State 4‑H Association is comprised of two 4‑H volunteers from each county. The primary purpose for the group is to assist in maintaining and expanding a strong 4‑H Youth Development Program in New Jersey. The executive committee of the State 4‑H Association are President, Heidi Cyr (Somerset County); Vice President, Stella Almeida (Monmouth County), Secretary, Sara Cobb (Salem County) and Treasurer, Cathy Ahrendts (Cape May County). The money raised from this Antique Show will assist with the cost of sending delegates from New Jersey to 4‑H Citizenship Washington Focus and other national 4‑H events.
