NJ State 4-H Double Dutch Contest

Each spring, 4-H members take jumping rope to a new level exhibiting phenomenal artistic and acrobatic skills at the Double Dutch Contest. Double Dutch is a skip rope activity in which two ropes are turned in an eggbeater fashion by two rope turners, while one or two people rhythmically jump between the simultaneously twirling ropes.
